The InteliChem group was established in 2012 with InteliChem obtaining the majority shareholding in two dominant and well established companies in the crop protection industry, namely Terason and Technichem.

We are committed to continuously offering specialist services encompassing a holistic set of solutions for crop production, and have developed a unique and differentiated portfolio of complementary businesses and solutions. Since its establishment, the business has progressively grown and expanded with new investments in InteliSoil and Crown Seeds in 2015 and Meridian Agritech in 2016, contributing towards the positive evolution of InteliChem.
